We made a replacement lens cap for the Lumi series scope for those who are lookiong for a flip open lens cap. We started with the ever reliable Butler Creek Lens Cap and then Modified the length for an easy install and proper fit every time.
Recommended Installation: "Power On" scanner and Focus monocular between 100 - 200 Yards. Then install cap to flip open to desired position. We prefer the 3 O'clock position for right handed and 9 O'clock for left handed use. This prevents the cap from hitting your hand during minor focusing adjustments.
